— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) December 14, 2014 Jackson sat out Week 14's contest with the Rams due to a leg contusion sustained the week prior. Jackson returned to practice at a limited capacity, getting in sessions Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. As a result, Head Coach Jay Gruden noted Friday that Jackson should be considered 50-50 to suit up. Reports began surfacing Sunday morning that Jackson was likely to play, and it turns out that the optimism was warranted.
Fantasy Spin: With Jackson’s return official, fantasy owners can plug him in to their lineups Sunday. The Giants have proven to be a stingier matchup than most against wide receivers this season, so the matchup isn’t very encouraging for a wide receiver coming off of an injury. Still, he’s the best option on Washington’s offense. Consider Jackson a boom-or-bust WR2 if he should return to action.
