Dwayne Allen finally found the end zone despite the improved play of tight end Coby Fleener. Allen caught just two passes for 16 yards and a score. Allen was trending as a solid option for the Indianapolis Colts offense before he was sidelined with an ankle injury. He had seven touchdowns through nine weeks.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 16: Dwayne Allen finds the end zone, not much else
Dwayne Allen found the end zone for the first time since returning from injury. We take a look at his fantasy value moving forward.

He returned in Week 14, but caught just one pass for 5 yards in his return. The Colts offense struggled for a good portion of the game. The team's leading receiver was T.Y. Hilton, who had just four catches for 50 yards.
Fantasy impact: Allen was always somewhat touchdown-dependent, but he was managing to score a lot until his injury. However, his last two weeks have been concerning, totaling three receptions for 19 yards since his return.
With Fleener sharing targets and Donte Moncrief emerging as a legitimate target, Allen is a risky play for the remainder of the season. Consider him one of the better TE2 options out there. He'll face the Dallas Cowboys in Week 16.
