Rivers has been dealing with minor injuries for most of this year, but he has yet to miss a game. He will not miss this one either, with the 8-6 Chargers clinging to slim wild card hopes. Rivers has thrown 27 touchdowns and 13 interceptions on the season while completing 67.6 percent of his passes.
Fantasy impact: The Chargers are depleted on offense. Wide receiver Keenan Allen is done for the year with a broken collarbone, while Ryan Mathews will likely miss another game with an ankle injury. Those issues, combined with Rivers' turnover problems (five interceptions in the past four games), make him a borderline QB1 for the fantasy finals against the 49ers defense. Start him at your own risk.
