If you somehow were able to make it this far with Shady, you should thank your lucky stars first, and then think about if you want to play him because there are a lot of negatives. First and foremost, he is losing the goal-line carries to Chris Polk, and Darren Sproles is also getting more touches.
He has a bad matchup, too. Washington is the second-toughest matchup for fantasy running backs. Running backs have only scored against them in four games this season while backs haven’t gone over 100 yards in a game since Week 8.
Fantasy impact: He’s still someone you kind of have to play, but he’s a very low-end RB1.
