This week, he'll get a decent matchup against the San Diego Chargers. The Chargers are the 15th-best matchup for fantasy quarterbacks, but they have been improving. Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning had one of his worst games of the season and the Chargers haven't allowed more than two passing scores since their Week 10 bye.
Kaepernick does get to play at home this week, but it’s actually been worse for him. He has a passer rating of just 77.2 in his home games compared to 90.6 on the road.
Fantasy impact: There is really no way you can play him this week. Kaepernick has some work to do this offseason.
