Yeah, so about that hyped-up start last week. Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel was a disaster against the Cincinnati Bengals. He led his team to just five first downs and they did not score.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 16: Josh Gordon has plenty of upside
Josh Gordon and the Browns were awful last week. Should fantasy owners trust him this week?

Consequently, receiver Josh Gordon was a no-show. He caught three passes for just 48 yards for his second disappointing game in a row. This week, he'll get a much better matchup against the Carolina Panthers, who rank as just the 20th-worst matchup for fantasy receivers. They have allowed at least one touchdown to a receiver in all but four weeks this season and are prone to giving up the deep ball.
There is still a tremendous amount of luck required for Gordon, but the Browns will likely have him run some deep routes to help take some of the safeties from playing closer during blitzes.
Fantasy impact: There is too much upside. He’s not a must-start player, but he’s still a WR2.
