Buffalo Bills receiver Sammy Watkins has been dealing with a rib injury all season and it results in the occasional poor outing. That's what he had last week, catching just one pass for 28 yards on six targets. That game did come against the Green Bay Packers, who have been shutting down receivers all season. Watkins also did have a big game in Week 14, catching seven passes for 127 yards against the Denver Broncos.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 16: Sammy Watkins ready for Oakland
Sammy Watkins should be ready to rock on Sunday. Should fantasy owners use him?

This week, the Bills get a matchup with the Oakland Raiders. While teams actually score quite a bit against them, the Raiders are actually solid against the pass, ranking as the fifth-toughest matchup for fantasy receivers. They actually haven't allowed a TD to a receiver since Week 11.
The Bills will likely run the ball a lot, but there should still be around 7 or 8 targets for Watkins. That’s enough for him to make an impact.
Fantasy impact: He’s still a WR2, but he’s just not a must-start guy.
