Fantasy Impact: Evans has a fantastic matchup this week in the Green Bay Packers. Their secondary gives up the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Evans is in line to see a healthy number of targets, especially if the Buccaneers find themselves playing from behind, a strong possibility against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers.
