With T.Y. Hilton out for Week 16, Nicks saw an uptick in his workload. He stills remains the fourth or fifth option when the full Colts offense is healthy.
Fantasy impact: Making Nicks the team’s leading receiver was probably not what owners envisioned when they found out Hilton would miss this matchup. Nicks caught several quick passes on designed screen plays, but he failed to do miuch after the catch.
Donte Mocrief was the one most fantasy players expected to thrive with Hilton out. Moncrief finished with two receptions for 5 yards. Andrew Luck was also replaced by Matt Hasselbeck. Indianapolis chose a bad week to take a trip to bizzaro world. Nicks won’t have the same impact for Week 17. Owners should continue ignoring him.
