Kelvin Benjamin, Kenny Stills among notable fantasy names in Panthers-Saints
We break down the Week 14 matchup between the Carolina Panthers and the New Orleans Saints.

Carolina Panthers
From a fantasy perspective, the biggest story line related to the Panthers is the team defense has been subpar this season. But before anybody goes blaming their front-line or secondary unit, perhaps some of the blame should fall on quarterback Cam Newton. The Panthers haven't won since Week 5, and throwing one touchdown and an interception to go with 194 passing yards in a game the way Newton did last week isn't going to help. He will need to be better against the Saints, who will undoubtedly score plenty of points Sunday.
Even if he doesn't do that well, Newton will probably do enough to help wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin put up some stats. He only had two catches against the Saints when the two teams played earlier this season, but Benjamin is talented, and even if Carolina is losing by a lot in the game, the rookie will probably be the most likely beneficiary of meaningless fantasy points during garbage time. Add to that the fact the Saints don't shy away from getting involved in a shootout and Benjamin should be able to put up some nice totals in Week 14.
New Orleans Saints
After being held to a quiet Sunday afternoon by his own standards against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11, quarterback Drew Brees has thrown eight touchdown passes over the last two weeks. Add those totals to 667 passing yards and he's looking like a vintage version of himself lately. There's no reason for the fun to stop against the Panthers, which means that playoff contenders should find himself a step closer to a division championship following Sunday's games with Brees getting a lot of the credit for that.
One player who has to be excited is tight end Jimmy Graham, who caught two of Brees' five touchdown passes last week. Graham now has six scores in his last five games and he'll be facing a Panthers' defense that has been getting scorched by tight ends lately. Put those two factors together and Sunday could be another big day for one of the NFL's best tight ends. Graham should blow his projections out of the water in Week 14.
