New York Jets wide receiver Percy Harvin has struggled for consistency in his new offense. His lack of production is more the result of New York's dysfunctional offense than it is of Harvin's abilities. Ever since Harvin dropped the 11-129 line back in Week 9, he's caught a total of five passes for 31 yards and rushed 60 yards total in the last three weeks. He hasn't found the end zone once since arriving in New York mid-season from the Seattle Seahawks via trade. Harvin remains one of the more talented receivers in the league but there's absolutely no reasonable expectation for consistency with either Geno Smith or Michael Vick under center.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Percy Harvin
The Jets receiver hasn’t been able to do much. Can he pick it up in Week 14?

Fantasy Impact: Harvin doesn't have to worry about a particularly tough matchup in the Minnesota Vikings. Their defense gives up the 13th-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Regardless of the matchup, there has been far too little production to trust Harvin your starting playoffs lineup. He's a WR4/5.
