Zach Mettenberger done for season, Jake Locker still not a fantasy option
Zach Mettenberger’s brief rookie experiment came to an end with a shoulder injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Mettenberger suffered the season-ending injury in Sunday's Week 14 loss to the New York Giants after getting driven to the turf on his throwing shoulder. He suffered a similar injury in Week 13 but came back to start one more game before going down for good. The sixth-round rookie started six games for the Titans, completing 59.8 of his passes for 1,412 yards, eight touchdowns, seven interceptions and 7.9 yards per attempt.
Fantasy impact: Mettenberger wasn't much of a starting fantasy option, but his knack for garbage time yardage made him useful in two-quarterback leagues. Locker gets one more audition before he hits free agency, but he's hardly an inspiring option even with a friendly matchup against the New York Jets. Put it this way -- if you're still alive in the fantasy playoffs, you're not using Locker this week.
