Green Bay Packers tight end Colt Lyerla will sit out the remainder of training camp after sustaining injuries to his PCL and MCL ligaments, according to a report by ESPN's Rob Demovsky. Colt Lyerla injures MCL, PCL, to miss several weeks of fantasy football season
The Packers’ tight end will not be available for the rest of training camp with injuries to his MCL and PCL. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Lyerla may someday turn out to be a serviceable player in the NFL. That said, he’s not exactly expected to compete for major playing time at tight end any time soon.
The Packers now have to consider whether they’re going to expose him to the waiver wire or not. If they did, he’d likely get picked up given that he can run a 40-yard dash in 4.61 seconds. Regardless of his future status on the roster though, fantasy owners should just be aware that he won’t be on the radar for now due to his ailments.
