Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins has seen his fair share of snaps in training camp and the preseason. In fact, there's plenty of snaps going around to tight ends, as the Buccaneers have used the "12 personnel" offensive package on 32 percent of all preseason snaps, according to Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times.

That package is when there are two tight ends lined up in the formation. The Buccaneers didn’t use it a whole lot last season given their multiple injuries at the position, and the NFL as a whole has only used it 21 percent of the time thus far in the preseason, Auman reports. Last year, Tampa Bay utilized the formation on less than 10 percent of their offensive snaps.
Seferian-Jenkins is finding his way onto the field early and often and he's expected to make an impact, given his draft status. Vincent Jackson and rookie Mike Evans are the top two receivers, but Seferian-Jenkins stands a solid chance at being the third option behind those two.
Fantasy Impact: It’s still unclear exactly how the tight end depth will shake out in Tampa Bay, but Seferian-Jenkins is expected to be the starter. If that’s the case, it’s hard to recommend for fantasy owners to give him a pass. He doesn’t have the most stable quarterback situation in Tampa Bay, but he’s athletic and possesses an awful lot of big-play potential. He’s not the first tight end fantasy owners should be looking at, but he’s someone to keep in mind.,
