Emmanuel Sanders returns to practice; fantasy owners would like to see him play Saturday
Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders is still dealing with an injury, but he returned to practice on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Sanders has missed multiple practices with the injury, which has been bugging him throughout training camp. He even missed some time before Denver’s preseason opener, but played 21 snaps in that game. He didn’t see a target in that contest, and has been in and out of practice since.
The question now is whether Sanders will play in the team's third preseason game when Denver hosts the Houston Texans on Saturday. Sanders was a free agent pickup this offseason and is expected to contribute to what is already the NFL's most potent offense, judging by last season.
Fantasy Impact: The third preseason game typically has the starters playing more than usual, sometimes into the third quarter. Sanders is listed as a starting receiver opposite Demaryius Thomas, though rookie Cody Latimer has been making a case for playing time. Sanders is a solid fantasy option -- anybody who has even an outside chance of catching passes in that offense should probably get fantasy consideration -- but it would be nice for fantasy owners to see him get some targets prior to the regular season.
