The Indianapolis Colts will kick off their preseason without two veteran players who are rehabbing from injury. Wide receiver Reggie Wayne and running back Ahmad Bradshaw have both been ruled out of Thursday's game against the New York Jets.
Reggie Wayne, Ahmad Bradshaw not playing in Thursday’s preseason opener
Both players are returning from surgery and will not play in Thursday’s game. We break down the fantasy implications.

Wayne is making his way back from a torn ACL. He’s been participating in training camp and is expected to be ready for the regular season, but the Colts are being patient with the 35-year-old. Bradshaw is coming off a neck injury that ended his 2013 season in Week 3.
Fantasy impact: Wayne hasn't had any significant setbacks and by all accounts should be good for Week 1. His age and Indy's run-first offense are concerns, but Wayne has a good rapport with Andrew Luck and is a bounce-back candidate this season. He's being targeted in the seventh round so far.
Bradshaw is 28 and hasn't played all 16 games since 2010, but has been a decent fantasy contributor when healthy. He's worth a roster stash if Trent Richardson face plants again.
