Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins did not practice on Wednesday due to a foot injury. He had one catch for 26 yards in the Week 1 loss to the Carolina Panthers. Seferian-Jenkins will likely wind up on the injury report for Week 2's game against the St. Louis Rams.
Austin Seferian-Jenkins isn’t practicing, remains off fantasy radar
Austin Seferian-Jenkins is dealing with a foot injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

That aforementioned catch was his only target, compared to Brandon Myers receiving eight targets. Seferian-Jenkins is one of the most talented rookie tight ends in the NFL, and the Bucs may integrate him into their scheme more as the season continues. However, they have big red zone threats in receivers Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson.
Seferian-Jenkins isn’t quite there yet as a run blocker, and he won’t play often in the Bucs’ normal two-back, two-receiver sets. Even if he’s healthy, he won’t be getting many snaps against the Rams.
Fantasy impact: Fantasy owners should be looking elsewhere. If the Bucs start to slip in the standings they may eventually give their rookie more looks. Unless you’re in an two-TE league, you can ignore this situation for now.
