Seattle Seahawks running back Christine Michael was held out of practice Wednesday, still recovering from a hamstring injury. Head coach Pete Carroll said the plan is for him to possibly return on Thursday.
Christine Michael not practicing Wednesday, remains off the fantasy radar
The Seahawks will not be rushing back Christine Michael and gave him the day off practice again. We break down the fantasy implications.

Michael first suffered the injury in the third preseason game and has yet to resume practicing. He did not dress for Seattle's opening win over the Green Bay Packers last Thursday. A second-year back out of Texas A&M, Michael was active for only three games in his rookie season.
Fantasy impact: Robert Turbin is entrenched as the primary backup behind Marshawn Lynch, and he should keep playing that role against the San Diego Chargers in Week 2 even if Michael is active. Despite his tremendous upside, 2014 is looking like another "redshirt" year for Michael, who still needs to work on his pass protection and ball security to win Carroll's trust. Dynasty owners can keep stashing him, but he's waiver wire fodder in re-draft leagues.
