Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush was upgraded to a full practice Thursday and should be ready for Sunday's Week 2 matchup with the Carolina Panthers.
Reggie Bush upgraded to full practice, fantasy owners can breathe easy
Reggie Bush has a small knee issue and got in a full practice Thursday, indicating that he’ll be fine for Week 2. We break down the fantasy implications.

Bush picked up a minor knee issue and was limited on Wednesday, being spotted with an ice pack on his leg. It doesn't appear to be a concern and he was back on the practice field the next day. Bush spent most of last season limited by a sore knee, but ended up playing in 14 games. He played his usual role as the passing-down back in Week 1, grabbing six catches for 49 yards and getting an additional 15 yards on nine carries against the New York Giants.
Fantasy impact: The Lions will continue utilizing Bush and Joique Bell in a committee, but both men serve a useful purpose in fantasy. Bell is the early-down back who gets his yards between the tackles, while Bush does his damage in the passing game. It was a successful duo in 2013 and fantasy owners should see more of the same this year. Bush is a quality flex play even against Carolina's stingy front seven.
