If you're reading this, you've probably spent the past few days sweating over Jay Cutler throwing to no one, Matthew Stafford facing an elite defense, or Tony Romo being Tony Romo. And if that is the case, a second option at quarterback is more welcoming that anything. Fortunately, there are a few sleeper quarterbacks who could help put you over the hump in Week 2.
Fantasy football sleepers: Week 2 Quarterbacks
We break down a few unusual names at quarterback that could help win your matchups in Week 2.

I can't recall many players whose names were used to describe a terrible outing, but that's what we've come to expect from Cincinnati. The Bengals lost? What happened?? ... Andy Dalton. Of course, all this wouldn't be an issue if we could just pinpoint which performances to avoid, but once again, Andy Dalton. The good news, however, is that the Bengals are at home this week, and Dalton was seemingly night and day according to his 2013 road splits.
2013 Dalton at Home: 169-266, 63.5 completion percentage, 2,064 yards, 20 TD, 9 INT, 98.3 QBR
2013 Dalton on the Road: 194-320, 60.6 completion percentage, 2,229 yards, 13 TD, 11 INT, 80.8 QBR
Factor in an Atlanta defense that allowed four plays of 20+ yards in Week 1 and we could very well see the Dalton we're hoping for.
With six passing attempts that traveled 20 yards or more, Palmer and the Cardinals' offense immediately became "can't miss" material. Furthermore, the Giants allowed Matthew Stafford to throw at will, pressuring the Lions quarterback to no avail. With the continued development of Michael Floyd, as well as the sudden emergence of John Brown, it wouldn't shock me to see Arizona ease Andre Ellington back and, in turn, have a day through the air.
Cowboys defense.
(Not enough? Fine.)
Justin Hunter might be questionable, but that shouldn't stop you from stacking Titans, beginning with Jake Locker If He Stays Healthy. Despite playing an above-average game in the trenches, the Cowboys' defense still allowed Colin Kaepernick to throw for nearly 200 yards and two scores during the only half he was paying attention. Considering Dallas has been pretty generous as of late, Locker could be in store for a top 10 afternoon.
