The Houston Texans and the Oakland Raiders played in the NFL's two lowest-scoring games in Week 1, with Houston and Washington combining for 23 points and the Raiders and New York Jets combining for 33. Fantasy owners will hope the respective players can provide more production in Week 2, when they play at 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday in Oakland:
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 2: Texans vs. Raiders
These two teams both played in low-scoring games in Week 1. Fantasy owners hope they’ll do better this week.

Texans
Start in every league: Arian Foster, Andre Johnson, Defense/special teams
Start if you're desperate: DeAndre Hopkins, Randy Bullock
Bench: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Garrett Graham, Ryan Griffin
In his first game back after missing half of 2013 with injury, Foster looked good in Week 1, cementing him as an RB1. ... Hopkins actually outscored Johnson in fantasy in Week 1 by virtue of his touchdown, but Johnson had nine targets to Hopkins' five. ... The Texans defense ought to be a strong fantasy start, even with Jadeveon Clowney sidelined.
Hopkins’ stock is definitely rising. He could be a viable flex play. ... The Texans could offer Bullock a handful of kicking opportunities.
Fitzpatrick is always interesting, but unless it’s a two-QB league, you can’t really use him. ... The Texans’ tight end duo of Graham and Griffin makes for fantasy irrelevance.
Raiders
Start in every league: ...
Start if you’re desperate: ...
Bench: Derek Carr, Maurice Jones-Drew, Darren McFadden, Latavius Murray, James Jones, Rod Streater, Andre Holmes, Denarius Moore, Mychal Rivera, Sebastian Janikowski, Defense/special teams
This is pretty sad. Carr was not worth much in his NFL debut. ... Jones-Drew is either officially or virtually out for the game, and going to McFadden and/or Murray in fantasy would be ill-advised. ... With Carr throwing almost entirely short passes, none of the Oakland pass-catchers -- Jones, Streater, Holmes, Moore, Rivera -- figure to have much promise. ... A team that doesn’t score a lot doesn’t offer a lot for Janikowski, its kicker. ... And no, not the Raiders defense.
