A week after disappointing his fantasy owners with only 57 yards from scrimmage, Jacksonville Jaguars Toby Gerhart put up significantly worse numbers Sunday. He went for only 17 total yards in Jacksonville's 41-10 loss to Washington.
Toby Gerhart has miserable day for Jaguars, fantasy owners
The first-year Jaguar went from bad to worse in the season’s first two weeks. We break down the fantasy implications.

Gerhart ran for eight yards on seven carries, adding nine receiving yards on two receptions. The team fell behind early in the game and had to rely on its passing game, but the nonproductivity of Gerhart was also a factor in the move to the air.
Fantasy impact: It was a miserable performance for Gerhart. In standard leagues without fractional scoring, he put up exactly zero fantasy points. More was expected of the running back in his first year in Jacksonville after a career spent backing up Adrian Peterson in Minnesota.
Going forward, it would be hard for fantasy owners to start Gerhart at all unless and until he manages to show more. He’s on fantasy benches. Behind him, no other running back on Jacksonville had even one carry, so the entire team is a running-back stay-away.
