The Miami Dolphins lost starting running back Knowshon Moreno to a dislocated elbow early in Sunday's game. He was replaced by Lamar Miller, who didn't get much going in the team's 29-10 loss to the Buffalo Bills Sunday.
Knowshon Moreno hurt, Lamar Miller unproductive for fantasy owners
The Dolphins’ No. 1 running back went down with an injury, and Miller didn’t get a lot going Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Moreno had only a single carry for four yards before leaving the game. Miller got 11 carries, going for 46 yards, and added two catches for seven. With Moreno out, Damien Williams became the team's No. 2 running back, gaining 19 yards on five carries.
Fantasy impact: Early reports are that Moreno will be out 4-8 weeks with the injury, which is a big blow for fantasy owners who saw his Week 1 production and slotted him in as a starter. Still, Moreno’s injury history meant that fantasy owners couldn’t have expected him to be a starter all season regardless.
Miller, who had a score and 78 total yards in Week 1 even when Moreno was healthy, couldn't get as much going Sunday. The team fell behind early enough that they largely moved to the passing game, with quarterback Ryan Tannehill throwing the ball 49 times.
As long as Moreno is out, Miller stands to be the load-carrier for Miami. He’s a flex play at best, but could be interesting.
