Miami Dolphins wide receiver Mike Wallace scored a touchdown Sunday as one of his five catches. The performance came in the team's 29-10 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
Mike Wallace scores a touchdown for Dolphins, fantasy owners
The Miami receiver didn’t accumulate a lot of yardage, but his score salvaged his value. We break down the fantasy implications.

Wallace caught five catches on eight targets for 56 yards. His score came on a 7-yard catch late in the third quarter that at the time brought the Dolphins within one score. The Dolphins' No. 2 receiver, Brian Hartline, also caught five passes, going for only 36 yards. Both receivers were targeted eight times.
Fantasy impact: It’s the second week in a row Wallace has scored a touchdown, and also the second week in a row he has outproduced Hartline, though they were at least closer this time. The two receivers, who put up nearly identical production a year ago, have not been doing the same things so far this season, with Wallace clearly a tier above Hartline.
Going forward, Wallace looks like a perfectly acceptable flex play in fantasy, while Hartline is a play for roster depth at best.
