St. Louis Rams wide receiver Stedman Bailey (suspension) has been reinstated by the NFL in light of the league's revamped drug policy and will be eligible to play against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3, according to the NFL. Bailey managed 17 catches for 266 yards last season. His only touchdown of the season came on a rushing attempt.
Stedman Bailey reinstated in time to play in Week 3, good fantasy stash
The Rams’ sophomore receiver has been reinstated in time to play in Week 3 due to changes to the NFL’s drug policy. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: With quarterback Sam Bradford tearing his ACL for a second time in the preseason and the Rams' running game ineffective in the first two weeks of the regular season, the passing game in St. Louis is in disarray. Brian Quick is the only receiver on the team getting consistent targets.
Although Tavon Austin was a big-time breakout candidate in fantasy leagues last season, he, too, struggled in the preseason and has been a relative ghost so far in the regular season. All of that means Bailey could start opposite Quick in Week 3.
Fantasy owners in deeper leagues may want to take a flyer on Bailey, as he could be a bright spot in the Rams’ offense in Week 3 and as the season goes along.
