Washington wide receiver DeSean Jackson (shoulder) missed practice on Wednesday, according to Mike Jones. Jones reported earlier Wednesday that Jackson said he has no plans of missing the game against his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles, this week. Jackson has nine catches for 81 yards through the team's first two games of the season.
DeSean Jackson misses practice Wednesday, says he’ll play in Week 3; fantasy start a must
Washington’s star receiver isn’t going to let an injury stop him from suiting up against his former team in Week 3. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: With Robert Griffin III (dislocated ankle) out indefinitely, the winds of change are blowing in Washington. RG3 hadn't played that well in the preseason or the regular season, so seeing Kirk Cousins under center this weekend might work out well for Jackson.
It doesn’t take an expert analyst to figure out that Jackson will do everything in his power to play against the team that cut him just a few months ago. There’s no doubt he’ll be thrown the ball early and often this Sunday as Jackson’s teammates give him every opportunity to stick it to his ex-teammates.
Fantasy owners should start Jackson this week against an Eagles secondary that isn’t exactly tough. He is fully expected to play despite missing practice.
