Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was held out practice on Wednesday due to a back issue. The team is simply managing his practice reps and he's not expected to miss Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos.
Fantasy owners shouldn’t worry about Marshawn Lynch despite missed practice
The Seahawks are taking it easy on Lynch in practice after his back started acting up in Week 2. We break down the fantasy implications.

Head coach Pete Carroll revealed that Lynch had "ongoing" back problems during Seattle's Week 2 loss to the San Diego Chargers. Lynch never got a chance to get going, recording just 10 touches for 63 total yards while the Chargers dominated time of possession and nursed a lead for neatly the entire game. He did score a touchdown on a 14-yard pass, salvaging his day for many fantasy owners.
Fantasy impact: Lynch has a history of back spasms, but it doesn't typically limit him and he hasn't missed a game since 2011. The Seahawks are just going easy on their workhorse back and figure to get him more involved in Sunday's Super Bowl rematch. Robert Turbin and a returning Christine Michael might siphon some snaps, but Lynch remains a strong RB1 play in all league formats.
