There probably are not more disappointing starts to the season than what New York Giants Victor Cruz is doing. He has a league-high five drops on his 16 targets and only has seven catches for 84 yards on the season. He'll look to get out of his slump against the Houston Texans in Week 3.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 3: Victor Cruz
Victor Cruz probably doesn’t have a lot fans these days after his slow start. Should you use him in Week 3?

He's been in the news for saying he should be featured more, which will probably happen in due time. The Giants are changing to a West Coast offense and on paper they should look to Cruz for the short-yardage stuff. Plus, fellow receiver Rueben Randle is having some major issues running routes.
The Texans haven't really been challenged with a Week 1 win over the Washington and crushing the Oakland Raiders in Week 2. It may be difficult for Eli Manning to get the ball out, but Cruz should still be to get his numbers. Fantasy owners had the confidence to draft him, so they should probably roll with him again. Hopefully he'll do a little salsa dancing for you.
