The Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Rams both looked like candidates for the NFL's worst team in Week 1, as both were rolled to convincing losses. Today, both are 1-1, after the teams bounced back to Week 2 wins.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 3: Cowboys vs. Rams
Two teams that looked bottom-of-the-league awful in Week 1 play each other Sunday, both looking to get to 2-1.

Sunday, at 1 p.m. ET in St. Louis, the two teams face off; somehow, one of the teams will actually come out of Week 3 with a 2-1 record. Below are the fantasy names worth consideration in that game:
Cowboys
Start in every league: DeMarco Murray, Dez Bryant, Jason Witten, Dan Bailey
Start if you're desperate: Tony Romo
Bench: Terrance Williams, Defense/special teams
Tied with Darren Sproles, Murray has been the highest-scoring fantasy non-quarterback in football through two weeks. He's a clear must-start as long as his health holds out. ... Bryant hasn't lit the world on fire yet, but he's still a clear top-five receiver. ... It's been a slow start for Witten, but I still have him as a low-end starting tight end. ... It must be nice to be a Dallas kicker, and Bailey reaps those rewards.
An average of 10 fantasy points a game for Romo is disappointing. He’ll need to start accumulating or his stock will plummet.
Williams‘ value is far too touchdown-dependent for him to be a week-to-week fantasy starter. ... Even after a decent Week 2, the Cowboys’ defense isn’t one you want to use.
Rams
Start in every league: Zac Stacy, Greg Zuerlein, Defense/special teams
Start if you're desperate: Brian Quick
Bench: Austin Davis, Benny Cunningham, Jared Cook
It was a bad Week 1, but Stacy got back on track in Week 2, and could have some opportunities in Week 3. ... Even when St. Louis was basically shut down in Week 1, Zuerlein managed eight fantasy points. He finds a way to get his field goals. ... The Rams’ defense might give up points, but there’s plenty of chance for turnovers against a Dallas team that doesn’t like to hold on to the ball.
Quick is clearly the top receiver in St. Louis through two weeks. He’s only a flex play at best, but he’s getting plenty of looks.
Davis' nine fantasy points in Week 2 marked an 80-percent increase on his Week 1 production. So there's that. ... After some preseason publicity, Cunningham has six combined fantasy points in two weeks. Droppable. ... Delanie Walker torched Dallas a week ago, so sure, maybe Cook will produce something, but it's hard to count on.
