Both the Washington Redskins and the Philadelphia Eagles enter Week 3 relatively happy with their season so far, with a combined record of 3-1. Of course, two of their three combined wins came against the Jacksonville Jaguars, so maybe half-credit applies here.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 3: Washington vs. Eagles
Is a combined 3-1 record really impressive when two of those wins come against Jacksonville?

Regardless, the two teams play each other in Philadelphia at 1 p.m. ET Sunday. In a game that could offer a lot of points, there will be plenty of fantasy players to keep an eye on:
Washington
Start in every league: Alfred Morris, Pierre Garcon, Niles Paul
Start if you're desperate: DeSean Jackson, Kai Forbath
Bench: Kirk Cousins, Jordan Reed, Defense/special teams
Through two weeks, only DeMarco Murray and Arian Foster have more rushing yards than Morris. ... With the distinct possibility that Jackson is at less than full strength, Garcon ought to be a fine WR2. ... I ranked Paul as the No. 12 tight end, but that was when I thought Reed might be active, if limited; with those chances looking lessened, Paul is a fine start.
As of this writing, it sounds like Jackson will play, and against his old team, you want to invest, but you have to worry about his injury recovery. ... The game should be high-scoring, so it might be a good time for Forbath, but he’s far from a sure thing.
I’m in the minority, but I’ve seen enough bad out of Cousins that I find it hard to believe in the “good” so many others seem to believe in. I wouldn’t even start him in a two-QB league. ... As I write this, Reed hasn’t officially been deactivated, but it certainly seems like it’s coming. ... The Washington defense against a strong Philadelphia offense is a definite stay-away.
Eagles
Start in every league: Nick Foles, LeSean McCoy, Darren Sproles, Jeremy Maclin, Zach Ertz, Cody Parkey
Start if you’re desperate: Defense/special teams
Bench: Riley Cooper, Jordan Matthews, Brent Celek
I don’t know how good Foles will be over the course of the season, but this week ought to be fine in a high-scoring game. ... McCoy is the week’s top running back. ... Sproles won’t keep scoring like he did against Indianapolis Monday, but as an RB2 or flex play, he’ll be more than sufficient. ... Back-to-back double-digit fantasy days prove Maclin is fine. ... Ertz is my No. 4 tight end for Week 3. ... Parkey should get lots of kicking chances.
The Eagles’ defense is probably a bench-em in Week 3, but Cousins is a quarterback who could serve the ball up a few times.
Two total fantasy points in two weeks. Nope, Cooper shouldn’t even be rostered. ... Mathews’ value is much more down the road than it is current. ... Celek has easily been left in Ertz’s dust.
