Fantasy football projections, Week 3: Ravens-Browns featuring Joe Flacco, Steve Smith Sr. and Terrance West
We break down the Week 3 matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns.

Baltimore Ravens
Coming off an impressive win against the division foe Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2, quarterback Joe Flacco looks to guide his team to a second straight victory against a divisional opponent in Week 3. Although he threw for just 166 yards against the Steelers, Flacco did managed to find tight end Owen Daniels in the end zone for a pair of touchdowns. The Ravens face a solid Cleveland defense this week, but without a reliable running game, Flacco's yardage total should be a bit higher this week, which will work to the advantage of his fantasy owners, assuming he's able to avoid getting picked off.
Flacco will look to Steve Smith Sr. in the passing game to make things happen this week. Smith was supposed to be the team's No. 2 option in the passing game behind Torrey Smith in his first year with the Ravens, but so far he's playing like the team's go-to guy. Smith Sr. has seen 25 passes thrown his way in the first two games of the season and he's hauled in 13 of them for 189 yards and a touchdown. He should see a ton of targets against a Browns defense that has given up well over 30 fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season.
Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns managed a huge upset win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 2, and while the team's defense gets some of the credit for that, so too should running back Terrance West. West only totaled 68 yards rushing last week, but he did find the end zone in the game and racked up a healthy 21 touches in the process. West will start this Sunday with Ben Tate (knee) still at least another week or two away from returning to the lineup. Don't be surprised if the Browns' rookie rusher receives in excess of 20 touches this week against the Ravens.
When the Browns aren't running the ball, quarterback Brian Hoyer will be looking to wide receiver Andrew Hawkins to carry the offense through the air. Hawkins has been targeted 22 times so far this season and caught 14 of those targets for 157 yards. Although he has yet to find the end zone, that's largely a result of Hoyer underthrowing him on a 28-yard gain that should have been a 39-yard touchdown against the New Orleans Saints last week. Even if Hawkins is still without a touchdown after Week 3, he'll make up for it with lots of receptions and hopefully a lot of yards for his fantasy owners.
