Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts III is officially listed as probable for Week 3. The Jaguars will be taking on the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday and they'll likely have Shorts in action for the first time this season. He is dealing with a hamstring injury that hampered him throughout training camp.
Cecil Shorts injury update: WR probable; should start for fantasy owners
Shorts is probable for Sunday’s game against the Colts. We break down the fantasy implications.

But he’s been back practicing, and the probable designation all but confirms that he’ll be in action on Sunday. Shorts is Jacksonville’s top receiver and should be the top target of quarterback Chad Henne. He was hoping for a breakout year and he could still have it, and on top of that, he’s pretty confident that fantasy owners should start him on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: Shorts thinks you should start him, and if you're lacking better options at a flex or WR3 spot, then you absolutely should. He's going to play and he should have a decent game against the Colts. It's worth noting, though, that Henne isn't exactly a gunslinger and the Jaguars aren't known for a high-powered offense. This is good news if you've been relying on guys like Marqise Lee or Allen Hurns in Shorts' absence, though.
