Cleveland Browns wide receiver Andrew Hawkins has outperformed expectations throughout the first two weeks. He's established himself as a key cog in the Cleveland offense, as he's been targeted 22 times so far. While he hasn't yet found his way into the end zone, he caught eight balls for 87 yards in the opener and six catches for 70 yards last week.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 3: Andrew Hawkins is a legitimate PPR option
Andrew Hawkins has been a pleasant surprise for fantasy owners. Can he keep it going in Week 3?

Fantasy Impact: Hawkins has put himself on the map as a legitimate PPR option. The comparisons he's received as a poor man's Wes Welker seem completely warranted. If the Browns keep him this heavily involved in the game plan, he'll have no problems maintaining his value as a PPR WR3. He's the team's second option behind tight end Jordan Cameron. There isn't a ton of room for "Baby Hawk" to improve his numbers, as his 5'7" frame will continue to make it hard for him to find the end zone. But his usage has been encouraging and a few 10-catch games are a real possibility, especially if Cameron's shoulder issues persist. Owners can start Hawkins with confidence as a WR3 in PPR formats.
