Cleveland Browns running back Ben Tate has been declared out for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. That means Terrance West will once again step into his role, which means fantasy owners of Tate need to make sure they have West ready. Owners who simply need help at the position may want to consider West as well, given his performances thus far.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 3: Terrance West faces test against Ravens
The Browns don’t have a ton of fantasy options, but running back Terrance West may be worth a start this Sunday against the Ravens.

West put up 100 yards on 16 carries against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 1, and managed 68 yards from 19 carries in Week 2. He managed to score in the second week. The rookie third-round pick has taken over primary ball-carrier duties in Tate's absence, though he has shared some of the carries with Isaiah Crowell.
Fantasy Impact: West has been looking solid, but the Ravens are his biggest test yet. The rookie just may pan out to be a No. 1 back in the NFL, but the Ravens have allowed 89.0 yards per game on average through two games. Still, they haven’t faced the best rushing attacks in the league (not that West comprises one of them) to this point. West is definitely worth a start as an RB2 or a flex option for this game.
