Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate appears to be settling in at his new home. Through two games, Tate is averaging 5.5 catches for 75 yards. Tate has room to improve upon his numbers as he has the talent to exploit the single coverage he'll see all season long thanks to the presence of Calvin "Megatron" Johnson. Tate is yet to find the end zone but it's nothing to be overly concerned with.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 2: Golden Tate is a viable WR3 start
Golden Tate is off to a solid start in Detroit. Can he keep it going in Week 3?

Fantasy Impact: Tate is currently on pace to finish the year with 88 catches for 1,200 yards. There is no reason to believe that he can't find the end zone as he finished his four-year career in Seattle Seahawks' run-heavy scheme with 15 touchdowns, 12 of which came in his last two seasons. Tate has been targeted 14 times thus far and this usage should continue with Detroits' running game struggling to find consistency. Owners should start Tate with confidence as a WR3. He figures to see plenty more opportunities against the Green Bay Packers and their sub-par secondary.
