New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram will miss Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. That leaves Khiry Robinson and Pierre Thomas to carry the load, though Robinson could take the lion's share of the touches. Thomas' role in the offense was well-defined before Ingram went down: he catches a lot of passes. He can still do that with Robinson getting the start.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 3: Khiry Robinson has good potential
Khiry Robinson may be worth a fantasy play due to Mark Ingram’s injuries. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Saints are expected to win big over the Vikings, and when that happens, it usually means Drew Brees is hooking up with his receivers plenty. If that happens, the Saints could then run the ball in the second half and pave the way for Robinson to pick up some yardage. Minnesota's run defense is not especially strong, either.
Fantasy Impact: It’s hard to recommend Robinson as a must-start given that we don’t know for certain how things will shake down between him and Thomas. He could get plenty of carries as expected or Thomas could wind up taking the lion’s share. Many are recommending you start Robinson though, and if you had Ingram and need a handcuff, we’ll have to concur with the sentiment. Robinson has a lot of potential and faces a favorable matchup, so start him and see what happens.
