Washington is planning on having DeSean Jackson at wideout, as reported by Chris Russell of ESPN Radio. Russell also mentioned this was the plan "for now", which could mean a number of things moving forward.
DeSean Jackson good for now, looks to play for fantasy owners
DeSean Jackson will most likely play for Washington, but for how long? We break down the fantasy implications.

Jackson injured his shoulder against the Jacksonville Jaguars last Sunday and failed to return during the second half. For the time being, it appears Jackson will start and Santana Moss will be listed as inactive. Still, with this injury lingering as an uncertainty, Washington appears to remain wary of Jackson's status.
Fantasy Impact: Jackson wants to play against the Philadelphia Eagles, the team that traded him during the offseason? No shock there. But it sounds like Jackson may be forcing the issue. Even if he plays the entire game, Niles Paul should be the main attraction against the Jaguars for fantasy owners. If Jackson does miss any time, look for Andre Roberts to step in for him.
Update: DeSean Jackson is officially listed as active, reported by Zac Boyer of the Washington Times.
