The Browns are going to need him. They are likely going to see a lot of blitzes from the Ravens, which will make Cameron a popular hot-route option. Plus, he’s able to stretch the field as the go-to guy. The USC product would have likely see numerous catches in Week 1, but the injury to his AC joint in his shoulder cut his day short.
Fantasy impact: If you have him, you're starting him. The Browns have actually moved the ball well and rank sixth in the NFL in points per game heading into this week. He has a top-five ceiling this week and should be in your lineup unless you have Jimmy Graham, Rob Gronkowski or Julius Thomas.
