Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles is expected to be inactive against the Miami Dolphins, according to a report from Jay Glazer of FOX.
Jamaal Charles expected to be inactive for fantasy owners
Kansas City RB Jamaal Charles is expected to sit against the Miami Dolphins. We break down the fantasy implications.

In order to play Sunday, Charles reportedly must prove to Andy Reid and the Chiefs that he can protect himself 100 percent against reactivating his injury. He will take a backseat to backup Knile Davis unless he can convince them otherwise.
Fantasy Impact: Finally, a lead in the right direction. With this newest report, it appears highly doubtful the Chiefs are even considering playing Charles. This is great news for Davis owners that have been hoping to start him against a shaky Dolphins front seven. All things considered, move forward with Davis as a high-end RB2. If the Charles injury remains true, Davis could easily produce RB1 numbers. He should also now be considered a confident option moving forward, or at least until Charles has the confidence of the coaching staff.
