Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte struggled on the ground against the New York Jets on Monday, finishing with 33 yards on 13 carries. He salvaged his fantasy numbers, however, by adding six receptions for 43 yards in the Week 3 win. Forte did not find the end zone, but this was a salvage operation given how poor his fantasy numbers looked in the first half. Forte has yet to find the endzone this season.
Matt Forte produces all purpose points for fantasy owners on MNF
Matt forte didn’t find much success on the ground, finishing with 13 carries for 33 yards, but helped his fantasy owners by adding six receptions for 43 yards. We bring you the fantasy implications here.

Fantasy impact: Forte's inability to score is a big disappointment to fantasy owners once again. Still, given all the injuries and lack of production at running back thus far, his ability to produce yardage in both the running and passing game make him a good fantasy option. He is averaging 100 all purpose yards per game split 50/50 between rushing and receiving. The Bears will face the Green Bay Packers in Week 4. The Packers are giving up the sixth most fantasy points to running backs through three games.
