Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (ankle) participated in practice on Wednesday, according to Stephen Holder. He is fully expected to start against the Tennessee Titans in Week 4.
T.Y. Hilton practices Wednesday, ready for fantasy start in Week 4
The Colts receiver left last week’s win early as a precaution, but was back on the practice field Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Hilton left last week's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars early to protect his injury, but it's also important to note the team was up 30-0, which had a lot to do with his departure.
There's no doubt Hilton is the team's top deep threat with teammates Reggie Wayne and Hakeem Nicks both on the downside of their careers. While he has yet to find the end zone through three games, Hilton does have a total of 28 targets this season, which is a healthy number considering he missed a good chunk of the game against the Jaguars.
Fantasy owners should assume Hilton will start in Week 4, unless things suddenly change on Thursday or Friday in practice. Note that the Titans have given up the six-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season.
