Oakland Raiders wide receiver Rod Streater (foot) is going to need surgery and is expected to miss 4-5 weeks, according to Bill Williamson. Streater managed nine catches for 84 yards and a touchdown this season before being hurt last week.
Rod Streater out at least 1 month; fantasy shuffle ensues in Oakland
The Raiders receiver needs to have surgery on his foot and will be out for a while. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: With Denarius Moore struggling to get on the same page as quarterback Derek Carr in the preseason and the regular season, Streater was the team's No. 2 wide receiver behind James Jones. Now that Streater is going to be out for a considerable length of time, it's a chance for Moore to climb back to fantasy relevance.
There’s a slight uptick in Jones’ value, which is good news for his owners since he’s already getting a high volume of targets early this season.
In three-receiver sets, Andre Holmes will now fill in for Streater. Fantasy owners will want to get a grip on Jones if he's still on the waiver wire since Streater will take some time to recover from surgery.
