Houston Texans running back Arian Foster (hamstring) was limited at the team's practice session on Wednesday, according to the team's official website. Foster did not play in Week 3 against the New York Giants.
Arian Foster limited in practice, questionable fantasy play this week
The Texans’ top rusher was only able to practice on a limited basis Wednesday and may not play in Week 4. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Alfred Blue filled in for Foster last week and managed 78 yards on 13 carries. Those numbers are really good considering Blue is a rookie, but the catch-22 of that productive day is that 46 of those yards came on one play.
Clearly the newsworthy information here is not that Foster’s job is in jeopardy, as he has played very well in the two games he’s started. Considering Ryan Fitzpatrick is at quarterback, there’s no doubt that the Texans are going to be a run first team when Foster is in the lineup, so his season-long value remains unchanged.
That said, there’s a good chance he’ll be out this week, which means fantasy owners may have to add Blue in time for Sunday or look elsewhere for a backup rusher.
