New York Giants receiver Victor Cruz was arguably the biggest receiving bust before Week 3, but he finally got his season off the ground against the Houston Texans. In the Giants' first win of the season, Cruz caught five of his six targets for 107 yards and one score.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 4: Victor Cruz
Victor Cruz has been a letdown so far this season, but he was able to score in Week 3. He’ll get a very friendly matchup in Week 4.

The Giants changed their offensive scheme to a West Coast-style approach, which may explain why Cruz only had seven catches for 84 yards in the first two weeks combined. Quarterback Eli Manning is starting to get it together and it could continue on Thursday against Washington.
Besides tight end Larry Donnell, nobody else in the passing game has stepped it up yet. Rueben Randle is a mess and Odell Beckham Jr. hasn't been active yet. Cruz could have a big game on Thursday.
Cornerback DeAngelo Hall won’t be around to cover Cruz and Washington’s defense is reeling right now. If you have Cruz, the short week shouldn’t be a deterrent and he should be in your lineup as a WR2 with a big upside.
