In Week 3, Gronkowski saw his playing time reach a season high as he was in on 44 of 75 offensive snaps. He's played in just under half of the team's total offensive snaps to this point.

Gronkowski is easily New England’s top receiving talent, so the Patriots have shown significant restraint keeping him limited to this point. But his statement on Wednesday makes it clear that he thinks he’s ready to shoulder a full workload. He’s a matchup nightmare anywhere on the football field and is especially useful in the red zone.
Fantasy Impact: Even when he was only expected to get very little playing time just coming back from his injury, Gronkowski was a must-start. Fantasy owners will be pleased to see his snap count continue to rise and it sounds like he’s as close to 100 percent as he’s going to get this season, for what it’s worth. He’s obviously a must-start against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4.
