Alfred Morris rushed for 63 yards and one touchdown on 12 carries Thursday night against the New York Giants. Roy Helu made the most of his snaps in Week 4 in garbage time, catching five passes for 78 yards while adding two carries for eight yards.
Alfred Morris, Roy Helu provide only fantasy bright spots from Washington
Washington’s backfield still managed to look impressive during a complete blowout against the Giants. We break down the fantasy implications.

Morris also caught three passes for 27 yards against the Giants. Prior to Week 4, he did not have a single reception in 2014.
Fantasy impact: Washington's offense was hindered by the poor play of Kirk Cousins, who threw four interceptions Thursday night. Morris proved to be effective running the ball, and he showed a nice burst to the edge on his 20-yard touchdown in the third quarter. Unfortunately for him, Washington was playing far from behind all night.
Helu posted his best numbers of the year as he stepped in to help with the hurry-up offense. His receiving skills make him valuable at times, but it was surprising to see Morris catching passes as well. If Morris can consistently add a few receptions to his stat line, he'll rise in weekly rankings. Owners will want to start him next week against the Atlanta Falcons.
