Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker is "closer to doubtful/out" than questionable for the Week 4 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, according to Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean. Charlie Whitehurst is likely going to get his first start of the season.
Jake Locker could miss Week 4; Charlie Whitehurst hurts fantasy value of Titans players
Locker is closer to doubtful for Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

For what it’s worth, coach Ken Whisenhunt was encouraged by Locker’s practice on Friday. If Locker is indeed out of the lineup, the Titans offense will likely be ineffective on the road. Whitehurst has been one of the worst quarterbacks from a statistical standpoint and he’s incapable of getting the ball down the field.
Fantasy impact: Basically, all of your Titans should be on your bench right now. Bishop Sankey and Shonn Green will split the carries. Perhaps the best running back play is going to be Dexter McCluster considering how often Whitehurst checks down. Justin Hunter and Kendall Wright are also not desirable options this week either. If you need a defense, it makes a ton of sense to grab the Colts right now.
