The Tennessee Titans won their first game of the season; the Indianapolis Colts won their most recent. Those are the only wins either team has on the season.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 4: Titans vs. Colts
Two division rivals off to a slow start play each other Sunday. Which one can get to .500?

The two 1-2 AFC South rivals take on each other at 1 p.m. ET Sunday in Indianapolis. Here’s a look at the fantasy names worth considering in the game:
Titans
Start in every league: ...
Start if you're desperate: Kendall Wright, Delanie Walker, Defense/special teams
How can you trust anyone from Tennessee in fantasy, especially with the quarterback questions right now? Wright hasn’t looked great this year; he’s a flex play. ... If all were right surrounding Walker, he’d probably be a fine low-end TE1, but with both he and his quarterback banged up, I’d rather look elsewhere. ... The Titans’ defense had a big Week 1, but has done worse each successive game, and now has a good offense opposite it.
Locker wouldn’t be a starting candidate if he were fully healthy; with his wrist questions, he (and backup Whitehurst) are miles from consideration. ... Sankey appears to be getting an increased role in the Tennessee backfield, but with Greene and McCluster still there, they all cancel each other out. ... All that potential we hear about in Hunter hasn’t turned into much yet; call me when he starts producing. ... Succop put up negative points in Week 3, which you never like out of a kicker.
Colts
Start in every league: Andrew Luck, Ahmad Bradshaw, Adam Vinatieri
Start if you're desperate: Trent Richardson, Reggie Wayne, T.Y. Hilton, Dwayne Allen
Bench: Hakeem Nicks, Coby Fleener, Defense/special teams
At this point, Luck has to be seen as one of the top-tier quarterbacks. He might not be quite in the upper-upper echelon, but he’s not far off. ... Bradshaw is clearly ahead of Richardson, and at this point he’s a fine RB2. ... Vinatieri was Week 3’s top kicker. He’s a must-start.
Bradshaw is superior, but Richardson could be a low-end flex this week for a team suffering due to byes. ... Wayne and Hilton are both still seeking their first 10-point fantasy day of the season, but it’s coming for both of them. ... Allen is clearly the better of Indianapolis’ two tight ends, though he is far from a definite every-week starter.
Nicks‘ value is entirely tied to his scoring; if he doesn’t find the end zone, you can’t use him, and that’s hard to count on. ... Fleener is another one who needs a touchdown to have value. ... It’s not a coincidence that the Colts’ defense has only put up positive fantasy points against Jacksonville this season.
