Does Peyton Manning's bye week have you grasping for straws? If so, here are some quarterbacks who could fill the void during Week 4.
Fantasy football sleepers, Week 4: Quarterbacks
Peyton Manning and Russell Wilson have you sweating out the bye weeks? Don’t worry. Here are a few sleepers that could steal you a win in Week 4.

Kaepernick isn't exactly a sleeper, but his matchup this Sunday makes him universally undervalued. Despite leading the league in offense, the Philadelphia Eagles have allowed opposing quarterbacks to throw for an average of 280 yards and over two touchdowns in only three games played. Factor in his ability to run the ball and Kaepernick could easily finish as a top five overall play in Week 4.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers invested $88 million dollars into their defense during the offseason and have nothing to show for it. Sure, they're getting Gerald McCoy back this week, but Marc Barron and Dashon Goldson have been nothing short of atrocious. If Julio Jones and a hobbled Roddy White produced high-end numbers against them, I can't imagine what kind of scar Antonio Brown and Markus Wheaton will leave. Consider Roethlisberger a QB1 in as little as 10-team leagues this week.
No one is claiming Bortles is going to step right in and become a top 10 fantasy commodity. Everyone, however, is safely assuming the Chargers will inevitably get out to a giant lead, leaving the Jacksonville Jaguars with no choice but to unleash an aerial assault. A few picks will probably occur along the way, but don't underestimate Bortles finishing as a QB2 by sheer opportunity.
