It's difficult to accept that Tom Brady is starting to work his way onto fantasy benches as we head into Week 4 of the regular season. The Patriots are 2-1. They even scored 30 points against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 2. However, Brady hasn't been walking away with impressive stat lines. On Monday night, Brady faces the Kansas City Chiefs, who have not been the dominant defense we saw for the majority of the 2013 season. But does it really matter in regards to Brady's projected numbers? It's only a matter of time before Brady sees a big game, but will that game be the exception of the season when all is said and done? The answers begin on Monday.
Tom Brady is becoming a concern, but is a solid fantasy option in Week 4
He may no longer be an obvious start for fantasy owners, but Tom Brady gets a cautious thumbs up against the Chiefs on Monday.

Fantasy impact: Fantasy owners who expected big numbers against the Oakland Raiders were disappointed with the 24-231-1 stat line from Week 3. Brady has weapons but he doesn't have a reliable deep threat and his numbers have been diluted as a result. He's descending into low-end QB1 territory, which is what he'll be in Week 4 against the Chiefs. Don't hesitate to start a QB1 with a better match up over Brady, but we're willing to believe that Brady won't cost your fantasy team a victory this week.
